Mamba Hyperflux Visualizer problem

So when i first got my Mamba Hyperflux combo it was working as expected, even after the synapse 3 got the visualizer app, it was working fine, until i reinstalled my laptop (SSD change). And after reinstall, the Synapse 3 was working fine, except the Visualizer app. It's working, but really weird, its like it works with like 0,15 fps, it updates the mat and the mouse lights about every 20 seconds. I tried to search this issue on the web, but its nowehere to be seen.

    For Razer Mamba + Firefly HyperFlux Update the firmware from: Mamba Firmware Update

    sadly, this didnt help, even did a firmware update on the mat, however, i noticed that i need to directly plug in my mouse to update it, and the Chroma Visualizer worked perfectly with only the mouse, but not with the mat plugged in.

    Try this also:
    • Logout your razer account from Synapse
    • Download Nirsoft USB manager
    • Unplug all usb devices.
    • Open Nirsoft
    • Mark all USB devices and click on Uninstall (trash bin icon) [Restart Pc]
    • Open Synapse 3 and log in with this username and pass: Username: [EMAIL]razerperipheralstest@razer.com[/EMAIL] Password: razerperipheralstest
    • Connect all USB devices if This fixes problem, it means that your Profiles are faulty and need to reset your account.

    I did everything above, but im not sure what should i do after connecting all USB devices, but i tried my mouse mat like this and it still doesnt works how it should.

    the last thing comes in my mind is changing USB version, most devices have compatibility issue. 3 is blue 2 is black

    Well, if you mean to plug it into other type of USB port, i only have USB 3.0 on my laptop

    but its so strange, when i plug in the mouse it works properly, but when i plug in the mouse mat, it just refuses to work properly, updating the lighting effect about every 20 seconds

    if the mouse and pad works fine alone! then i guess its hardware issue with pad's usb component

    but it was working before OS reinstall, and only the mouse works alone, with the same USB cable, if i plug the same cable to the pad, the pad and the mouse refuses to work properly with the chroma visualizer, if i dont use the visualizer, the pad and mouse works fine

    emm, do you have any chroma apps installed? if yes maybe delete them first.

    i believe that there is a speed bar in visual effect that you can change, make the effect faster or slower. how about that?

    Nah, it doesnt do anything, already tried messing with these options

    I think it´s a general problem. I have the same issue on 2 Hyperflux Mousemats. I´ve tested it on 3 completely different PCs. The Mouse alone is working. Mouse+Mousemat = no Visualizer... The Razer Support couldn't help me either.
