The media notification appears as you're playing a tab with audio in Firefox. I don't think there's a way to easily disable the notification. This only works if you have supported music applications running (i.e. Firefox, Edge, Spotify, YouTube). It's normal and not an issue.

Well I have razor synapse for years now, and I still use youtube / or other tab that make sound / video And never happened to me until now, to have this big notifcation added, its not easthetic and take too much place for nothing. I changed nothing from yesterday, maybe there was an update ? i dont know

I believe Firefox has updated the browser software to incorporate this. I've noticed it in Edge and Chrome as well. However, good news for you, I have found a workaround to this which you may be able to try for Firefox: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/165129-enable-disable-volume-control-media-key-handling-firefox.html It's confirmed that version 81 onwards does feature Hardware Media Key Handling, which can be disabled in the configuration. Give it a try and see how it goes.

Worked! Thanks for your time :)
