Mamba Wireless 2018 do not charge

Hi! My mouse is not charging. Even after more than 24 hours on, the battery status does not change from 0%. I found these two topics with the same kind of problem: /razer-mamba-wireless-charging-dock-issue.44306/ /razer-mamba-wireless-cannot-use-dock-charging.40001/ I tried to do the suggested things, but it did not work. In wired mode, the mouse works properly. I live in Brazil, and I bought it two weeks ago, on a trip I made to the USA, so, I don't have an option to return the mouse now. Can someone please help me?
