A problem with my Razer Blade Stealth 13 2020

I just bought the new stealth blade 13, and I wanted it to set it up. But When I tried to it initially gave me an option to chose an operating system, which was windows 10 ( both of them were the same) but when I chose either one. It takes me to a black screen, and then back to the same menu. Has anyone encountered anything like this?

    This is what it looks like and after the timer, it goes back to this screen.
