why isn't my Razer synapse 2.0 detecting a Razer synapse enabled device

Ive dowloaded the Razer synapse for Mac (10.10-10.13) but when my Razer huntsman mini keyboard is plugged in, the Razer synapse doesn't detect it. I think I has to do with the software but im not sure how to fix it. can anyone help me connect my keyboard.

    Hi pal, how have u been? Ur device is supported by Synapse 3, and there is no Synapse 3 on MAC
