My mac Razer Synapse can't use my pc razer synpase profiles

Hi everyone, Recently I switched to a new mac book pro laptop and dled the razer synapse 2 for mac ( since that's the highest it goes up to) for my razer tartarus chroma, but it will not sync profile with my razer synapse 3 on my desktop pc( I am using the same razer chroma device), and everytime I make a new profile and export the profile it erases after each restart and is unable to use that exported profile. Someone please help this is driving me nuts!

      You will have to create new profiles on Synapse 2 instead of importing your Synapse 3 profiles. The profiles on Synapse 3 are saved differently so it won't work properly with the older architecture.
