I press any key once, I get numerous characters on the screen

I have a huntsman elite ($200) keyboard and I cant even use this thing due to it reproducing extra characters each time I hit a key. Wwitthout edditing, this is what it looooksss like whennn I ttype. I have reached out to CS and haven't gotten a response back. I have tried updating / reinstalling software. I have unplugged and reconnected the device. The odd part is that at is that it changes day by day, so day I can't even use it while other days are good. I tend to have less issues when I have no Razer software installed. I used to have numerous issues with their mice so I stopped using them. I tend to think this is more software than hardware issues, but not sure if there is a repeat button in the Razer software, I have changed the window 10 default one to max / longest key depress before repeating.
