Razer Phone 2 Not Charging

My phone will not charge with the USB Type-C cable or by the wireless charger. It kept turning on and off rapidly while showing me a red plug icon. I've tried the USB Type-C cable directly, I've tried my wireless charger in different sockets, I've tried other USB Type-C wires, I've tried connecting it to my PC with all the wires. Nothing is getting it to charge. The phone is completely dead now and will not even give me the flashing plugin icon anymore. This had happened before but fixed itself all of the sudden hours later. But no luck this time. It started to freeze a lot after last update if that's any useful info.

    Is there anyone here that helps AT ALL? I never got a single reply for my Razer Siren thread either. Which BTW, my Razer Siren and Razer Wireless Charger are still not recognized by Synapse. That's REALLY annoying.

    OMG Bro. My Phone is doing the SAME Exact Thing. I've Been trying to get Support about this Problem, but NO ONE is saying anything, and i'm starting to get really pissed off. Whaat Kind of Support is this? I payed a lot of Money when this came out on Launch, and Invested a lot in Razer. If you are Having problems with the Battery on your Phone Models, then JUST SAY THAT. Don't Have the People who are Supporting your Brand left out in the Wind...that's just Messed up. I Payed to Much Money to just be Ignored

    You would think razer would at least contact us, or provide SOME kind of support.

    Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your Razer Phone 2's charging concern here. Apologies for the late engagement of this thread. Have you tried submitting a case to our Support Team? If the USB-C charger and its cable has been tested to another device and it is working, then the phone has a possible hardware issue. Have you also tried reverting the phone to its factory state? If you haven't, please save your files first then follow the steps on this link. Should the issue persists, please proceed with the case submission by clicking the link I've posted above.
