RAZER BLADE 15 BASE MODEL - not charging

Hello, my RAZER 15 BASE MODEL has stopped charging, I have only had it for 14 months. First I assumed it was the charger, so I tried another one, it worked for 3 days then the same happened, it goes off and on unstoppably from charging to not charging. Is there any way you can help me with this? I’d strongly appreciate it.

    So, now it appear that my razer a Blade 15 - Base Model (mid 2019) - RTX 2060; only charges when turned off, I already installed the BIOS Updater v1.03 Guide, but nothing changed. Can anyone help with this, I would deeply appreciate it
