after updating to windows 10 2004 update, i booted to a blackscreen. i corrected this by updating the bios with RazerUpdater_v1.1.1.2_DA750-BIOSv0104 and updating the nvidia gfx driver to 456.55-notebook-win10-64bit-international-dch-whql. i've noticed a odd quirk though, my laptop will not wake from resume. it will wake to a blackscreen, non-related: my synapse fails to start. even after new installation. i've already tried the deleting logs trick that was posted in the forums, it doesn't help. ------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 10/5/2020, 20:36:04 Machine name: SAIRZR Machine Id: {X} Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 19041) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406) Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: Razer System Model: Blade Pro 17 (Early 2020) - RZ09-0329 BIOS: 1.04 (type: UEFI) Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10875H CPU @ 2.30GHz (16 CPUs), ~2.3GHz Memory: 16384MB RAM Available OS Memory: 16284MB RAM Page File: 11349MB used, 7367MB available Windows Dir: C:\\WINDOWS DirectX Version: DirectX 12 DX Setup Parameters: Not found User DPI Setting: 240 DPI (250 percent) System DPI Setting: 240 DPI (250 percent) DWM DPI Scaling: UnKnown Miracast: Available, with HDCP Microsoft Graphics Hybrid: Not Supported DirectX Database Version: 1.0.8 DxDiag Version: 10.00.19041.0488 64bit Unicode Edit #1: e.g. power management sleep after an hour, wakes to a back-lit black screen. close the lid, laptop suspends, open lid to wake and resume. same, back-lit black screen. i can live without synapse, the waking to black though is hard to get around ;x Edit #2: have to full on power-cycle, rip whatever you were working on.

We are aware of this issue, and we are already on top of it. For now, you will want to clean install an older GPU driver version. But I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial number of your laptop and a short clip of this happening. That way, I can submit a ticket on your behalf and get this properly documented. *Locking thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
