Mac OS AMD Radeon RX 5700, 5700 XT and Core X Chroma

Hi, I'd like to use the combination above and got the Core X Chroma. The official page from apple says that the combination work with the Core X, and I thought there is not much difference from the Core X to the Chroma version with the Ethernet and the USB Ports. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208544 The Combination MacOS 10.15.7 Core X Chroma AMD 5700XT did work for three weeks. Suddenly, the graphic card is not recognized any more. It lights up and fans spin up. The Core X Chroma does also show up in the System. But the Graphic Card did not show up any more. I've already changed the Graphcis Card to a new one, and tried it with another newly installed Macbook. Really strange - is the core chroma suddenly dead?
