Naga Trinity mouse not switching profiles


Hi, there. I have a Naga Trinity mouse and have had this problem since I've owned it. I have profile switching linked to games and most of the time, it doesn't work. Sometimes it does. It's just totally random. I have done MULTIPLE different clean installs of Synapse 3, including two full Windows reinstalls and it continues to happen. I was really hoping to avoid contacting Razer support as everytime I do, I have to go through the same song and dance with them that I've already tried a thousand times with no resolutions. Trying the mouse/Synapse 3 on another pc is not an option. Can anyone help?
