How do i change my mobile number on razer id if i cant access anymore to my old number.


Hi guys good day, is there any chance or way to change the mobile number registered to my razer id? because my phone was stolen and now i have a problem on reedeming my rewards on razer silver cause it needs a code from the mobile number from the phone which is not in my hand anymore.

Hi @Jepzzzzy, You can try any of the following methods:
  • If you have access to an alternative 2-Step Authentication device, you can use it to reset your 2-Step Authentication.
  • If you have your backup codes, you can use them to log-in and reset your 2-Step Authentication or manage your account.
  • If you still have access to your primary and recovery email, you can contact Razer ID Support to get help on recovering your account.
