Not found dolby atmos app after reinstall windows

After re-installation of windows 10 I am even try re-installation two times I am no longer see the Dolby atmos app and feel the speaker quality quite bad. I am coming to razer support for my device ( balde 15 advanced 2018 ) but dolby atmos app is not in the support list ( meanwhile other model like base 2018 is available) Is there any solution for me? Thank for your help!
