razer basilisk v2 profile light not changing

i bought a razer basilisk v2 and the profile light doesnt change from white, i have 3 profiles set uand i tried closing synapse but it still stays the same, this is rather annoying as i dont know what profile im using so does anyone know a fix to this issue and if so what is it?
