I am posting in hopes I can get an answer from Razer Support. I have an RZ-35 that is now out of warranty. It is suffering from a faulty USB-C connector. I am personally an I.T. professional and have spent a great deal of time troubleshooting this issue and searching online for similar case,f or which I find this problem to be systemic to this device and the Razer Phone 1 I have: Blown out the charge port with compressed air Cleaned the port of all noticeable debris including dust, using a fine probing tool and rubbing alcohol Used a different Charging Block with the original charging cable Used a different cable with the original charging block used a different cable and charging block Factory reset the phone The cable has a decent lock into the charge port but any movement, any twitch in the cable causes the phone the stop receiving a charge. This includes connecting to a PC. The device will be extremely intermittent in its connection to the charge block and/or external device. I am at the conclusion that the Charging port is showing wear or the charge module is damaged. Can Razer support provide an answer, solution, or provide me with a charge module that I can purchase and perform the repair myself. I spent a lot of money on this phone and it is very inconvenient and ridiculous that only after a couple years the phone is next to useless if the battery gets too low.

*Bump I am assuming Razer will not or does not have a solution to my issue?

I feel your pain my friend! I have the identical problem as you. I have called six different Cellular Phone Repair shops so far, and nobody will touch this phone with a ten foot pole! I have also searched high and low for a charging board. Other than used parts on eBay (for $55+) no luck there either. Thankfully, wireless charging still works, otherwise this phone would be a complete useless brick!
