Razer Synapse disconnecting issues through USB hubs

My Razer devices keeps disconnecting/reconnecting when they are connected through USB hubs. When I uninstalled Synapse 3.0, the issue stopped. Although it was connected through USB hubs, devices are perfectly working. Now, when I reinstalled Synapse 3.0, the issue comes back. When my devices are connected directly through laptop's own ports, the issue stopped also. I suspect the problem is on the interaction of the Synapse to USB hubs. I tried things such as USB power management on device manager, reinstalling synapse, reinstalling USB drivers but to no avail. I saw some threads and I believe I'm not the only one having a problem with this.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse 3.0's odd behavior here. Please be aware that the Razer Synapse is only tested with Razer devices. However, it is bizarre that it happens when Razer Synapse is installed while the USB hub is connected. When did the issue start? Please send me the computer's Synapse logs by following the steps here. Save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste it in your PM. Let's continue from there.
