Can't use Razer Nari Ultimate while charging because it keeps disconnecting/reconnecting

So whenever I don't have battery in my headset and I want to still be using it while charging it plays the windows connect and disconnect sound and it's driving me crazy. I wanna use a 200eur pair of headphones even while charging. BTW bought it last December. I am using the original USB. I have no clue what to do. Thanks.
