Razer Raiju PS4 - Bricked ?

Hello, I have a Razer Raiju for PS4, which has a very strange issue, 1. The re-map button appears to be bound to R3 (Pressing this causes a Melee in Apex Legends) 2. The triangle button does not work in the default profile but does in profile 2 I sense something has gone very wrong, any suggestions on how I can resolve this so I can get this back into a useable state.
