Razer Blade 15 Advanced Mid 19 2070 - Random black screen


Hello, from 1 week the screen of my Razer Blade 15 Mid Advanced RTX-2070 randomly turn black only on 240hz. I tried everything: enable/disable self refreshing, disable/update/reinstall drivers of Intel Graphics UHD 630 but the problem still remains. All drivers are up to date with "Intel driver & Support Assistant" app. Moreover, let me point out that my actual Razer Blade is a replace unit because on April I had the exact same problem! Very bad experience.. Any advise to solve? Thank you

I have the same issue, there was another huge post last year on this issue as well. People have made it work by doing 60Hz (annoying I know). It's a optimus/Intel UHD graphics power switching issue from what I've heard. Interestingly I never had this hapepn until more recently, so idk what changed to make this happen...

Also another thing, a lot of people are having the black screen after Windows 2004 update, including desktops and other brands, so it might be a windows thing as well.

Also try out hibernate mode, it won't start up as fast as sleep, but it solved the issue for some people.
