Nvidia Optimus not switching

Hello! I'm looking for some help here -- NVIDIA Optimus does not seem to be switching for specific applications even when set to do so. Specifically Blender 3D, which needs the dedicated GPU (attached screenshots). The reason I need Optimus on is to deal with a docking unit that handles my multiple displays - otherwise setting to "Dedicated GPU Only" in Razer Synapse allows me to run Blender of course... but I need the integrated display adapter on otherwise. Appreciate any insight! Razer Blade Advanced 2020
