Hi everyone, I am looking for some insight or maybe past experience fixing a similar issue to mine. As title suggest my laptop is not charging. Issue began very out of no where, the battery and charger were giving no problems as recent as the day before. The led indicator on the laptop that turns white when charging is no longer turning on when plugged in. It will try to power up but can’t get pass a few seconds of the boot up screen bc battery is drained. So far I checked the volts of charger while plugged in to wall and it reads correct to specs. I removed the battery and plugged in charger but I got no reaction from laptop. With the battery in the laptop, and charger plugged in, the screen lights up but as mentioned before only until it quickly dies due to no charge left. Does this narrow it down to the charger port or could it be another issue? I’m curious if these laptops are known for battery/charging issues overtime. Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions?
