Cynosa Chroma Numpad Error

Hi, as I've read in this forum, every now and then there is someone with a numpad error. Unfortunately, those threads are closed and the solution the error was discussed in PMs. My Problem: "7" on NumPad is typing "71" (sometimes) "3" on NumPad is tyoing "93" (alsways) There are no Makros or button reassignments, I updated and also uninstalled Synapse to isolate software issues. Please help, I always use the Numpad to type Pixel Positions/Scaling info, the wrong inputs are totally annoying. Cheers

    Hi there, Do you know a fix for that. I have the same issue with 3 on numpad typing 93 (sometimes 39) Same thing no macros. I've tried uninstalling device, reinstalling software, resetting keboard setups in Synapse. Nothing fixed it.

    It fixed itself but I must admit - seeing that the OP posted this on Nov 2 and got no response whatsoever leads me to believe that Razer support is atrocious. Thanks for nothing.
