Tartarus Pro analog input conflicts with mouse

How do I get the Tartarus Pro to work in analog with my mouse? The game sees the Tartarus Pro as a controller so when I move my mouse it changes to keyboard input. It's constantly switching between controller input and keyboard input which causes a delay each time it switches. I haven't been able to get it to work in any games? I'm currently trying to get it working in Watch Dogs Legion so I can control the movement speed of my character like I can with the left stick on a controller. Any help would be appreciated. This is the main reason I bought this device.
