Slow boot up Razer Blade Pro 17 Late 2019

Here is a video of the problem. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y2gvj0rprHs I'm not sure when this started but I'm certain that it was after I updated the BIOS to 1.04 and installed the big windows update, which I installed after the BIOS update was completed. So if I'm on my laptop and shut it down for a bit when I come back and turn it on the system boots impressively fast. If I shut my computer down when I leave work and do not restart it until the next morning the boot up process is very slow, well slow for this laptop which has always booted up with impressive speed. I'm not sure but I think that maybe the CMOS battery, if that is still a thing, is going bad. Since the updates from time to time I have noticed that my date and time is wrong. Yesterday when I went to poke around in the bios, the date and time were way off. Things I have noticed during the slow boots; The small green light on the lower right side of the chassis slow pulses on and off. The BIOS Post pops up and few times and the system sounds like it restarts. The Keyboard cycles through colors and also shuts off completely. There may be more but I'm sure you get the idea. If anyone have any helpful hints I would love to hear them. Thanks.
