Razer synpase went from pro to regular

I used to have the pro version of razer synpase for some time but now i woke up with the regular version.I got the code for synpase a while ago with an old headset that i don't use anymore (razer kraken pro 2015) but i've lost the card with the code.Any way to get my pro version back since I have the headset registered to my account?
