Synapse 2.0 on Mac High Sierra wont detect keyboard

Hey there, On high sierra all was working, try to unplug and plug few times your devices it should work. if not try this : take all extensions in the /Library/Extensions folder and copy them in a folder on your desktop then delete all extensions in the /Library/Extensions folder. Restart your computer and see if it works, if you have any trouble or some things not working properly you can replace all extensions you copy on your desktop in the /Library/Extensions folder.

Avoid external usb switch, try to plug device directly to your computer if possible.

Hi! Thanks for answering. None of the suggestions above helped, but I configured the keyboard on a PC. Still think it is odd that the synapse software does not detect the keyboard. Anyway, thanks for helping out!
