Razer Blade 15 2018 advanced shuts off when unplugged(Power stuck at 88%)

I've tried uninstalling battery drivers and reinstalling them. Anyone have or has gad these problems and manage to fix this issue? also did the power trouble shoot, any help is appreciated I don't really do much on the razer blade other than some occasional school work and FFXIV

    If the problem persists after recalibrating the battery, then there's not much to do but send the laptop in for repair. Send me the serial number so I can check the warranty status and submit a warranty or repair ticket on your behalf. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
