Freezing Razer Stealth 13 Struggling to wake

Hello, I bought the first Razer Stealth and have gotten much use out of it, loved the laptop so when it finally showed signs of its age I was eager to upgrade to the new Razer Stealth 13, received it less than a week ago. Razer Blade Stealth 13 - OLED Full HD Touch 60Hz - GeForce GTX 1650 Ti Max-Q Out of the box, it was perfect. On day two, it struggled to wake from sleep and I have to fully reboot the computer to use it. Day three, staggering freezing for 1-10 seconds during games like Don't Starve to Diablo III, making gaming frustrating at best and the entire computer unresponsive. Now, certain keys dont want to respond and the entire keyboard has refused to respond unless I restart. What is wrong? I bought full-coverage protection, what can I do from here? Thanks, Sam

Have there been any changes to the system before this happened? In any case, please send me the serial number of the laptop and a screenshot of your System Information so I can help you get this sorted out. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
