Razer Cynosa V2 Mice & Keyboard LOCK Not Working.

Hi! Im new in the community, im from Argentina, recently i adquired a Cynosa V2 keyboard. After a few days of use, I could activate a lock on both peripherals (mouse and keyboard) with ALT + R Now that shortcut is no longer responsive, I tried to make a Macro to recreate that blocking option but there is no success. Is there a way to re-enable that option? I don't know if it was disabled or its key combination changed.
