Installation problem with Razer Synapse 3.0

Greetings, I'm seeking help with a problem I encountered while installing Razer Synapse 3.0. Whenever I try to install, I get an error at, let's say 8% into the installation. The error is shown in the pictures. I tried to fix it by what I found on the web, as reinstalling all Razer programs or restarting my computer, updating NETFramework and Windows. I'm on a Windows 8, Intel Core i3-3220, 8GB, 64bit.
