RAZER SEIREN MINI SOUND NOT WORKING

I got my razer seiren mini today which has me extremely excited.(My first streaming mic ever) However after connecting it as I should according to instructions. When I test the sound it picks up no sound at all. Despite being connected properly.. Has anyone else had this sort of issue before? How can I fix this?

    Please make sure that the app you are using to test has permission to access the mic. You can do this via Windows Privacy Settings. In any case, please send me the serial number and a screenshot of how it appears on the Device Manager. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
