Slight screen flashing/flickering on Razer Blade Stealth 2019 GTX Edition

Hi, My screen has this slight flicker from time to time. It's not very obvious but can be extremely annoying when working. The screen will not turn black, it just seems like the backlight is sort of flashing. It varies from application to application, sometimes a specific ad window on a webpage will start to flicker while the rest of the screen is normal, where sometimes it can be seen all over the screen. I have tried to play around with the power settings on the Intel Graphis Command center already, but no luck. I also just updated to the latest Game Ready Geforce driver but it did not solve the problem. All help is greatly appreciated.
