Razer Nari Ultimate Weird Issue

So I just recently received a replacement for my Razer Nari Ultimate not even 2 weeks ago and this one is already having a problem and I'm not sure what's causing it. Basically, it can't turn if it's not connected by wire to a power source ie. the Bluetooth isn't working right. The way I have my setup is when I need to charge my headset, I have the wire connected to an outlet nearby while my Bluetooth dongle is always connected to my pc. Other than that, the headset connects fine to my pc, it only happens when I unplug it from the charging cable, the Bluetooth no longer works.
