Cynosa V2 keyboard USB problem

Hello I recently got my hands on a Razer Cynosa V2 Keyboard yet when I plug in the keyboard my computer does not recognize it. I have tried everything to fix this problem, I've restarted my computer tried other usb slots, tried another computer, uninstalled the usb roots and everything, yet its still unrecognized. Just so you know other devices work when using the ports. If someone has had the same problem and fixed this please help.

    Please share a screenshot of how the keyboard appears on the Device Manager. It would be best if you can test it on another machine. By the way, was the device purchased used or brand new? Either way, send me the serial number, and I'd be happy to look into possible firmware-solutions for you. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
