webcam "we cant find your camera"

error code in the windows camera app says 0xA00F4244 "no cameras are attached. I've done the recommended items from the razer support youtube, also made sure Norton antivirus and firewall weren't blocking. I've returned to an old build and uninstalled updates. All to no avail. The camera is not showing up in the device manager so i can't uninstall or update drivers. Suggestions?
