Kraken BT Kitty Edition and Synapse?

Hi there fellows, can someone tell me: How Kraken BT Kitty Edition can be supported by Synapse? Its BT headset, not wired or 2.4 Hz transmitter, just BT connection! It said here that unit is supported by Synapse 3, so what should i do? I need Synapse 3 to recognize my headset, i want to costomize my Chroma Kitty ears? Thanks 4 ur answers, Best Regards.

    I'm in the same boat! I got a BT Kitty headset, it'll connect to my phone fine and I can adjust the Chroma settings there, but I can't seem to get Synapse to recognize it when it's connected to my computer? I've got all my other Razer stuff synced, I want this too!

    @G_Leland @SerenovaPhoenix Do the computers detect the headset, and are you getting any audio from it at all? I'd appreciate it if you can share screenshots of your Kraken BT Kitty ED appears on the Device Manager.

    Hi! I'm having the same problem! It connected to my phone just fine with audio and call out/input, but with my computer it DOES say "connected" but I can not hear ANYTHING related to computer audio. No game audio, even though it says in my windows settings that the input and output is the BT Kitty Headphones. It does say both Headset and Headphones, and when I try to test either from the computer, I get nothing.

    Please send me the serial number of the headset. I can use that to verify the model and help you further isolate the problem. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
