Razer Synapse v3.0 will not run

Issues with Razer Synapse not being able to start - Microsoft .NET Framework issue states Unhandled exception....COuld not load file or assembly 'Rsy3_AudioAppsSTreamsWrapper.dll' or one of its dependencies. Have tried reinstalling software, the drivers and the .NET Framework. not sure what else to try. This is the same thing happening to me. I’ve tried every uninstalling and reinstalling step by step I could find! I bought 4 freakin Razer products after using them at families house. He said it was a easy set up for him. We both run on windows 10 and have identical computers! Were you able to fix the issue? I’m pulling my hair out and about to sell it all! I haven’t found the help I need anywhere!

Please send me your Razer Synapse logs too via PM. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the link in your message. Hey everyone! Please perform the following and see if it helps: Disable IPV6: 1. On the start screen, type Control Panel. 2. Press Enter. 3. Select Network and Internet. 4. Select, Setup a new connection or network 5. Select Next. 6. On the left side of the Network and Sharing Center, select Change Adapter Settings. 7. Right-click your network connection. 8. Select Properties. 9. Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6. 10. Un-check the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/iPv6) box. 11. Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter. Disable Firewall: 1. Open Control Panel. 2. Select System and Security. 3. Choose Windows Firewall. 4. Select Turn Windows Firewall on or off on the left side of the screen. 5. Select the bubble next to Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended). 6. Select OK to save your changes. Disable Anti-Virus: 1.This varies to the Anti-Virus you are using. 2. On the Start menu, type in "cmd" and run the command prompt as administrator. 3. On the command prompt window, type "powercfg -lastwake". Run System File Checker (SFC), follow these steps:
