Macros do not work after Synapse Update

Version 3.5.1130.11812 Everything was working fine, but now Macros that are assigned to mouse buttons do not work properly while Synapse is running. If I exit Synapse, then the macros work properly. For example, I have Ctrl Win Right assigned to a mouse button to select the next desktop. But when I press the mouse button, it no longer changes to the next desktop and instead brings up the start menu. It works if I quit Synapse. How do I fix this?
