HELP ! KRAKEN X HEADSET MIC DOES NOT WORK ON PC!!!

Hi, same problems here. i bought razer nari essential, i came homa wanted to use it. Sounds are fine but mic not working. tried lot of things even wirte to the support (no answer). After a couple of restart on my comp once it starts to work, But two days latert i turned on my computer (win10) and no mic again. What is this ? the device is there but it recodrs nothing.

I brought my Kraken X Headset today. The first thing i plugged it into was my Macbook air and it worked perfectly but. when i plugged it into my PC (Window10) The audio worked fine but the mic would not work at all. It would not even show up as a device. Please help Thanks!.

I also have a similar problem, but with windows 10 mine is working nowhere not on my iPad or on my OnePlus, I don't understand what is the problem as I have bought it in October of 2020 which is quite recent and have kept it responsibly. May have to ask for a replacement.

If anyone had contact with the support and they found any sollution pls let me know! Thx
