Huntsman Elite Key sticking problem

Hey everyone, I got a brandnew Huntsman Elite as a birthday gift today, so far I realy like it but i’ve noticed one thing. The backspace key is sticking really hard, when I spam it a couple of times it registers it really delayed. I have tried using different USB ports and I also tried reinstalling synapse 3 a couple of times I dont really know what to do.
