Razer Wolverine Tournament Edition not recognized PC

Hello, I just received a new Razer Wolverine Tournament Edition for my birthday. But bad news.. when I connect it to my PC, it's not recognized... Then I tried to download and install the windows app "Razer Controller For Xbox", and still nothing... On the application side, after launching it, nothing is happening. It remains waiting for the controller connection On the controller side, after clicking on the central X button on the controller to start it, the white light comes on for a few seconds then it goes out... On the Windows side, an error message appears: USB device not recognized What should I do? Is the controller defective? Thank you in advance for your help.
