Item serial number is unknown!

I have this same issue with my new blackwidow elite, I would love to find the issue aswell, I opened a ticket but never heard back from support. I have been able to register several other products without issue.

the "I" can look like "1" and "O" can look like 0, just change the "0" to "O" one at a time and you will eventually get the right serial number

I’m having same issue in serial number and product number of kraken headset I bought, plus getting ear deal back on, ngl this is a horrendous start to the Razer experience for me. Can’t post my thread either, don’t find email contact info or phone number for customer support...

Unfortunately I tried this move, but it did not work. I thought I was scammed by our local seller, but I see it's a common problem, anyway thank you for your reply.
