Viper Ultimate Scroll Wheel Not Working!

Recently got the mouse and its been amazing, but the other day I noticed that the scroll wheel doesn't work, I can click down on it but the scroll up and down do not work in windows or in-game. Came here to see if anyone can help me with this, anything is appreciated.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your device's concern here. Does the behavior happen on every program or application? Please disable Razer Synapse 3.0 and check if the issue persists.

I just got the Razor Viper Ultimate 3 weeks ago and last week my scroll up and down stopped working as well. On web pages Scroll click works but mouse wheel does not/ I have tried disabling Synapse 3.0 and no luck.

Did you follow the steps here? Please perform the following: a. Go to your Razer Synapse 3.0 settings by clicking the gear icon at the top-right corner, then reset the mouse located in the side menu. b. Replicate the issue by signing out from Razer Synapse 3.0 and logging back in as a guest user. I'll wait for your follow-up.

Did that. Went into Synapse 3.0 and did the reset mouse. Signed out of Razer Synapse and still no function to scroll using wheel only center click

Hey different member here. I just opened my RVU last night and the scroll wheel doesn't work in any application. I can click with the wheel but it doesn't scroll at all. Tried resetting etc, but its literally fresh out the box.

It does not. I did not originally have Synapse, but downloaded it afterwards to try to reset mouse and disable
