BlackWidow v3 PRO USB wireless problem

Hey, I have been using BlackWidow v3 PRO for about 1.5 months and it was working flawlessly. Recently I have removed USB double from my PC and then inserted back into an another usb port and it stopped connecting to the PC. Backlit is working, however the num lock and other lights are not on, also the connection flicker light is not present. I am using Windows 10. So far I have tried:
  • Connect it to another PC, to which it was not connected ever before
  • Talk to support and they advice to reinstall all th BW drivers and windows interfaces
Both didn't helped at all. Also the friend of mine had similar problem on his wireless Mamba and it also was not resolved. Any ideas?

Does the keyboard still appear on the Device Manager? I'd appreciate it if you can send me your ticket number so I can review the case notes. Let's go from there. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs. Update: The pairing tool for the keyboard and dongle resolved the issue as per OP.
