Razer Hypershift and Hybrid On-board and Cloud Memory

This is my keyboard: https://www.razer.com/gaming-keyboards/Razer-BlackWidow-Elite/RZ03-02621900-R3U1 Note that it specifically says: "Featuring Razer Hypershift and Hybrid On-board and Cloud Memory, you can now turn every key into a macro key and activate your preferred settings from anywhere." How do I access the on-board memory?? I see absolutely no guide to save a color profile, or a macro to the keyboard. My dilemma: I use the keyboard for work, and the IT department absolutely forbids any software outside of what they pre-approve. As soon as the keyboard is plugged into the work pc, it cycles color and never stops. No macros work. The brightness of the keyboard can be FN and F11 or F12, but that's all. Here is what I would like to do: I would like to assign macros, and run them, with the on-board memory. I would also like to have my color profiles saved directly to the keyboard as well. Please give me a guide to doing this. Thank you.
