Issue with macro text function of cynosa v2 in synapse 3

Hi everybody, i am new in the razer community and i bet for a razer keyboard. My issue starts like this: I am starting creating macros with pulsations, assign keys with hypershift... But, when i trying to use the text function, for any reason nothing appears in the notepad. i try to use only the assigned key without the hypershift key but the assigned key is unavailable for a few seconds. And doesn't write the text that i want... The question is if i am doing something bad or it is a bug with my keyboard and the Synapse 3. The partial solution is write using pulsations in the macro method with 0 time. but i think the idea is use the function text. From already thank you very much, the keyboard is amazing!
