Hey all- I'm trying to figure out if I have a defective unit or not. Blackwidow V3 Pro. Windows 10. Using Hyperspeed, the unit is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. The keyboard colors change (I have it set to static), the profile light flickers off and on. Multiple typing stutters as it flickers in and out. I've put the dongle on several different ports, right now it's on an onboard usb 3 port. I've checked the "do not let the PC turn this device off" in device manager. It seems to function okay using bluetooth on my Mac Pro. I haven't tried Bluetooth on the PC. The thing is acting possessed. :P Any help would be appreciated, I'm about to send it back. Thanks!

Hi there! Thanks for posting your device's concern here. Does the same behavior happen while the Razer Synapse is disabled or closed? Were you able to isolate the issue by connecting the keyboard to another Windows operated computer with or without Razer Synapse 3.0 installed? Else, log in to Razer Synapse 3.0 as a guest user and check if the issue persists.

It seems fairly stable using Bluetooth with Synapse open. I'll go the day tomorrow on Hyperspeed with Synapse closed and report back.

Thanks for letting me know. I'll wait for your follow-up then.

Did some testing over the course of the day and here's what I found:
  • Bluetooth remained stable no matter what.
  • Hyperspeed with Synapse OFF was stable
  • Hyperspeed with Synapse ON, Logged In had mixed stability - though after logging out and back in it has been stable for several hours.
  • Hyperspeed with Synapse ON, Guest had mixed stability
As a side note, I have a Deathadder V2 Pro on Hyperspeed with no issues. Both devices are using their own dongle - I assume they can't share.

Thanks for the follow-up. I appreciate the isolating steps done so far. Please send me the following: a. A video showing the issue. b. Razer Synapse 3.0. c. Your device's serial number. Save the file via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
