I recently bought the Razer Nari, and not long after it started to malfunction randomly when I plugged it in, and now it happens consistently. I have tried reinstalling Razer Synapse, and I have tried the Razer Dongle Recovery Tool, yet neither of which work. I always get the following messages when plugging it in or trying to use the recovery tool;

Is it possible that this issue could be fixed, or do I have to return/replace the product?
