Razer Kraken TE Audio and Mic cutting out

I got the Kraken Tournament Edition on Dec, 15 and ive been having great trouble with the audio and the mic. At times the audio will cut out and in order to fix it i'd have to change the default audio device. I have to do the same thing in order to get my mic working again. In discord calls this issue just worsens. The audio cuts out more frequently and i have to change the default audio device back and forth, then i need to go into the discord settings to change the input/output back and forth until it works. The mic also becomes really loud after a sudden loud tick just explodes my eardrums. I have reinstalled Razer synapse AND the razer 7.1 surround sound multiple times already and im getting sick of my mic suddenly not working when im trying to talk to people. I have tried to update my drivers which didnt work. I've restarted my computer which didnt work. AS i said before i reinstalled razer synapse which didnt work.
